From the reception and accompaniment of several world-renowned surfers, including current surfing world champion Jonh Florence, Hawaiian Malia Manuel and South African Bianca Buitendag (both winners of the World Tour qualification – Sata Airlines Azores Pro), the Azores Surf School promoted the organization of surfing events and workshops. In addition to this remarkable record, it was a privilege to get along with the Hawaiian Garrett Mcnamara during a Surf Lesson.
